Well, in general, in a Grail War, a Servant and a Master, upon winning, have a chance to have their greatest wish granted. So Servants who are usually reluctant to work with others will work for their wishes.
In this case, however...my wish is to be the best Servant for my Master. The role in and of itself matters the most to me.
